The room was very clean and great view of the pools and ocean from our balcony. Cabinets in kitchen and bathroom looked a bit warn along with entrance door and sliding door. Missy was great about getting back to me except for one item. How to connect the bedroom TV as it stated no connection throughout our whole trip. There is a K-Cup machine and a regular coffee pot so you can choose which way to make your coffee. Icemaker in freezer of refrigerator. We will definitely be coming back!!

Overall experience from booking the room to checking out was quick and easy. Any and all questions were answered right away. Communication great. Had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend. Location, views and plenty of pools.
